1. POST OSHA FORM 300A FROM FEB. 1 TO APRIL 30 (Information provided by the ASA-HC Government Advocacy & Safety committees) OSHA requires that companies complete the "Summary of Work-related Injuries and Illnesses" form (300A) for posting in easily accessible locations from Feb. 1 through April 30. Employers with less than 11 employees and those in exempt industries do not have to maintain recordkeeping forms (unless requested by the Bureau of Labor Statistics). HOUSTON MEMBER UP FOR ELECTION TO ASA’S NATIONAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS ASA-HC Immediate Past President and Marek Brothers Systems’ Division President Mike Holland has been announced as a candidate for election to ASA’s national board of directors. Every year, ASA members choose officers and directors who represent them on the national level. ASA MEMBERS: Cast your electronic ballot by Feb. 17, 2012 through the “Login/Access Member Resources” page of the ASA Web site. Voting by e-mail is not allowed. Only regular ASA members whose dues are fully paid are eligible to vote in the election, and each ASA member company may submit only one ballot. The election results will be announced at the ASA annual meeting on March 2, 2012, in San Antonio, Texas.
